PoorLydian

See what smart money actually holds.

Every quarter, the world's largest investors have to tell the SEC exactly what they own. PoorLydian turns those filings into something you can actually read — who is buying, who is selling, and which company insiders are backing their own stock with real money.

What it does

Signal, not noise.

No price alerts, no chat rooms, no tips. Just what the filings say, organized so the pattern is visible at a glance.

50 superinvestors

Full 13F portfolios for the funds worth watching — every position, not just the top ten.

Quarter by quarter

Switch between quarters on any screen and watch a position get built or unwound over time.

Insider buying

Form 4 filings for corporate insiders, including clusters where several insiders buy at once.

The collective view

Where the crowd is moving as a group — net fund flow by sector, and which names funds are gathering into or leaving.

Data

Straight from the source.

Everything in the app comes from public U.S. regulatory filings on SEC EDGAR — quarterly 13F-HR holdings reports and Form 4 insider transactions — plus company fundamentals from SEC XBRL. Public domain data, used as filed.

Filings arrive on the SEC's schedule, not in real time. 13F holdings are reported up to 45 days after a quarter ends, so what you see is the most recent picture the law requires managers to disclose.

We aim to reply within a few business days. If you're reporting a problem, it helps a lot to include your app version and iPhone model — the app's Settings → Contact Support fills those in for you automatically.

Spotted a number that looks wrong? Please send it. The app stitches together several independent SEC data sets, and specific examples are the fastest way for us to track an issue down.
