PoorLydian

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PoorLydian (“PoorLydian”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the PoorLydian mobile application (the “App”). We built the App to respect your privacy: it has no user accounts, no sign-in, and does not ask you for your name, email, or any other personal identifier in order to use it.

The short version. The App shows publicly available U.S. regulatory filings. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We collect only anonymous usage and crash diagnostics to keep the App working and to improve it.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information that identifies you. Through the third-party services below, the App collects limited technical and usage data:

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or financial account information. The App does not require you to create an account.

2. The data shown in the App

The investment and insider information presented in the App is sourced from public regulatory filings made available by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Form 13F and Form 4 disclosures, together with related public market data. This content is about public companies and investors — not about you. The App reads this data from our servers; it does not write any personal data about you to them.

3. How we use information

4. Third-party services

We use Google Firebase to operate the App. These services process the data described above on our behalf:

Your use of these services is also governed by Google’s privacy practices. See the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above that process it on our behalf to run the App, or where required by law.

6. Tracking and advertising

The App does not display advertising and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

7. Notifications

The App does not currently request permission to send you push notifications. If we add notifications in the future, we will request your permission first and update this policy.

8. Data retention

Analytics and diagnostics data are retained for a limited period under the default retention settings of the Firebase services and then deleted or aggregated. App-instance identifiers persist only while the App is installed and are reset if you reinstall it.

9. Children

The App is intended for a general audience interested in public financial information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your choices

Because the App has no account, there is no profile to edit or delete. You can stop all data collection at any time by uninstalling the App. You can also limit certain diagnostics through your device’s privacy settings.

11. International users

The App and its supporting services are operated using infrastructure that may process and store data in the United States and other countries. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your own.

12. Security

We rely on the security measures of Google Firebase and reasonable safeguards to protect the limited data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected in the App or on this page.
